Edward R. Guerrette II, Esq. is a civil litigation attorney, real estate broker, and homebuilder. Mr. Guerrette commenced his legal career at Sherris Legal PA in 2009 and remains “of counsel” for matters involving real estate, construction, contract and civil litigation.
Over his career, Mr. Guerrette has facilitated the development and execution of high velocity sales & marketing for large-scale resort properties and generated over $200 million in personal sales revenue while maintaining a dual role as in-house counsel for a Central Florida real estate development firm.
Having specialized in the residential and vacation home development industry, Mr. Guerrette has vast experience in architectural design, construction, land acquisition and real estate sales processes. His diverse professional background and extensive involvement with some of Central Florida’s most iconic vacation home resorts and developments has allowed Ed to travel the world in global marketing efforts to far off destinations including Europe, Canada, South America and the Middle East.
Mr. Guerrette is a member of the Florida Bar and National Association of Realtors and specializes in real estate, corporate and general civil litigation matters.
